CERIL SHAGRIN: You know, having this hammer in my hand four times a year makes the 279 calls that I’m on all year worth it.RICHARD ZACKON: You might want to hold a hammer when you’re on the call, Ceril.CERIL SHAGRIN: But, yeah.RICHARD ZACKON: Or a gavel.CERIL SHAGRIN: I want to call the quarterly meeting of the CRE to order. Thank you all for being here either in person or on the phone. Thank you. We have a lot to cover. We do try to have one meeting a year, usually in September, that we ask you to donate a whole day. I’ve never left a meeting where I haven’t felt the time was well spent and that’s the feedback I generally get back from all of the attendees, which is what makes this all worthwhile. We have a lot to cover today and a lot of thinking to do today. As I was thinking about the CRE and the amount of time we all spent, I wondered whether how many other people in the companies where we work are aware of what it is we’re doing and why what we do and the time we devote to it is worthwhile. And I started to question some of the people in my company and found A.) They didn’t get the newsletter, B.) They knew I wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t worthwhile, but they really didn’t know what it was we were covering. And that was what generated the list that you got in terms of who gets which of the clip reports and the news…and the CRE news because it’s I ask people do you get it and I was getting no’s from the people I was sure would get it. So you all should have those lists and I encourage you to look at them and if there are people in your company who you think should be getting either of those reports that you let Shelley know so we can get them added to the lists.I also encourage you as you interact with other people in your company or your immediate superior that when it is appropriate, you mention some
