My name is Kathy Warden, and Ill be your host for today. A few things before we begin--if you have any questions during the presentation, feel free to submit them at any time using the question feature in the right-hand of your screen in the GoTo webinar console. We will do our best to get your questions during the presentation, as well as a QA session at the end of the presentation. Todays session will be recorded and a link to the recording will be provided to you after the webinar. Im pleased to introduce to you our presenters for today, David Stachura and Melonia da Gama. Dave is an experienced and sales enablement expert who specializes in building and operationalizing new training programs, infrastructure, and processes. Hes been with AMD since 2003, and was responsible for creating AMDs sales enablement program in 2009. Melonia is responsible for product marketing as it relates to learning business units at Kenexa. She is responsible for establishing Kenexas leadership position in the worldwide learning market through sales and marketing initiatives, as well as integrating new products and services into the Connected portfolio.
