河南省大学毕业生的现实思考及研究对策 摘 要 自高校扩招以来，高校本科、专科生逐年增加，河南省毕业人数也逐年递增，从近几年可以看出，2007年毕业人数29万，2008年33万，2009年36.8万，增幅达到60％，随着高校毕业生就业制度改革和就业形式的变化，就业难问题日益突出。一方面我国是一个人才穷国，而另一方面现有的毕业生就业难，如何解决这个矛盾是全社会共同关心的话题。本论文对国内外高校毕业生就业模式、就业政策进行了评价，介绍了萨伊的就业自动均衡论、凯恩斯的就业理论、菲利普斯的就业理论等西方的就业理论、同时引入了与大学毕业生就业相关的工作搜寻理论和公平理论。在研究过程中首次运用SWOT理论对河南省高校毕业生就业情况进行了分析，通过分析发现影响大学生就业的一些因素。最后，通过对我省毕业生就业形势、就业方向、河南省用人单位用人情况、大学生择业观念等内外因素进行的调查分析，提出了解决大学毕业生就业问题的基本思路及对策：(1)发展经济是提高毕业生就业率的根本途径；(2)政府上全方位得调整；(3) 改变教育方式，培养与社会相适应的人才；（4）加强就业指导，改变就业观念。 在课题研究中例举了河南省近几年的毕业生情况，内容涉及用人情况、专业需求、学历层次、录用途径等几个方面，获取资料，调研结果显示：目前，不管是国有还是私有非常注重学生的基本能力；用人单位对毕业生学历层次要求较高；用人单位优先选择重点院校毕业生；用人单位主要采取人才市场招聘方式招聘毕业生；人才需求在未来三年稳中有升。 关键词：大学毕业生 就业 就业率 abstract Has had to expand since the university incurs, the university undergraduate course, the junior college student increase year by year, the Henan Province graduation population also year by year increases progressively, from may see in recent years, in 2007 graduates the population 290,000, in 2008 330,000, in 2009 368,000, the increased range achieves 60%, gets employed the system reform along with the university graduates and the employment form change, gets employed the difficult question to be day by day prominent.On the one hand our country is a talented person poor country, on the other hand but the existing graduate gets employed difficultly, how resolves this contradiction is the topic which the entire society cared about together.The present paper got employed the pattern to the domestic and foreign university graduates, the employment policy has carried on the appraisal, introduced Wests and so on Zaires employment automatic theory of equilibrium, Keyness employment theory, Phillipss employment theory employment theories, simultaneously introduced have gotten employed the related work search theory with the university graduates and the fair theory.Got employed in the research process using the SWOT theory to the Henan Province university graduates the situation to carry on the analysis for the
