西北部地区特殊地层井壁浇筑砼质量施工新技术 郑双成 ，王 鑫 （中煤第五建设公司第四十九工程处???邯郸????3）梅花井煤矿副立井井筒施工穿过侏罗系中统直罗组段裂隙孔隙第??、??含水层（即???煤顶板含水层）富水中、粗粒砂岩段，由于侏罗系中统直罗组含水地层高压低渗透水害，渗透性低、涌水量大，导致施工无法进行。工作面注浆止水所采用的水泥浆液堵水效果不佳的情况下，选用新型注浆材料改性脲醛树脂化学浆液（纯溶液、流动性好）对工作面预注浆封堵其孔隙水；工作面注浆止水后，由于爆破震动影响，掘进揭露后工作面涌水逐渐增加，后采用临时柔模辅助施工新技术，保证了特殊地层井筒施工安全及浇筑砼质量，取得了预期的效果。 The new technology of special stratum shaft wall concrete quality In Northwest of China ZHENG Shuang-cheng,WANG Xin （The Fifth Construction Company of Coal Agency 49, Handan, Hebei, 056003）Abstract: the thesis introduces when plum Wells in vertical shaft coal vice constructioning, through the Jurassic ZhongTong straight ROM group section fracture pore article 12, 13 aquifer (i.e. 2-1 coal roof aquifer) rich water, coarse grained sandstone section, because of the Jurassic ZhongTong straight ROM group water-bearing stratum high-pressure and low permeability water disasters and permeability, low yield big, result in that the construction can’t continue.
