基于产业集群的常州市旅游产业发展对策研究 摘要：现如今，一种新的经济组织形式产业集群已经成为全球性的经济现象，越来越多的国家和地区重视产业集群的形成发展，把它的发展作为提高竞争力的一个重要的方式。实践证明，产业集群可以提高产业竞争力，形成竞争优势。然而，产业集群主要的领域是制造业和高新技术区，而对服务业中的旅游产业却很少涉及。产业集群理论作为一种新的科学的方法，不仅仅可以应用在制造业和高新技术业，同时也可以应用在旅游产业。 在这个背景之下，本文以旅游产业集群理论为指导思想，分析了常州市旅游产业集群的发展现状，指出其存在的问题。然后通过区位熵系数的方法从时间和空间角度分析了常州市及江苏省其他市旅游产业集群的程度。再通过灰色关联系数从更深层次上对常州市旅游产业集群与常州经济竞争力之间的关系进行研究，得出了常州市旅游产业集群发展的必要性与可行性。最后提出促进常州旅游产业发展的对策建议。 关键词：产业集群；旅游；产业集聚度；常州 Study on the development strategies of Changzhou city tourism industry based on Industry Cluster Abstract： competitiveness of industries, competitive advantage. However, industry cluster mainly is manufacturing and new and high technology zone, while the service industry in the travel industry is rarely. The theory of industrial cluster is a new scientific method, not only can be used in manufacturing and high-tech industry, but also can be applied in the tourism industry. Under this background, based on the theory of tourism industry cluster as the guiding ideology, this paper analyzed the current situation of the development of tourism industry clusters in Changzhou and other cities of Jiangsu Province, points out the existing problems. Then through the method of location entropy coefficients from the perspective of time and space, this paper analyzed the Changzhou city tourism industry cluster degree. And through the study of the grey relational coefficient deeply on the relationship between tourism industry cluster and regional economic competitiveness of Changzhou, this paper concluded the necessity and feasibility of development of Changzhou tourism industry cluster. Finally, put forward some countermeasures to promote the development of Changzhous tourism industry.
