The emphasis persons were examined for brucellosisThree Gorges Reservoir Areas. Blood samples collected from surveillance persons and animals were examined by standard tube agglutination test．Results The positive rate stocks was from 0.01% to 1.83% and the all infection was milk cow. With the increase of year, the rate of animal showed an?increasing tendency (χ2trend=21.30, P0.01). 4782 emphasis people were investigated and no case with clinical manifestations and signs was found． serum samples of emphasis persons were collected．The serum positive rate brucellosis was 0.72%．respectively. The rate of man was 1.04% and the rate of female was 0%. The positive was main younger. The rate of cow breeder was highest (1.40%). Conclusions The infection of brucellosis of people was found in Chongqing Section of Three Gorges Reservoir Areas and the source of infection was milk cow. The work of stock quarantine and surveillance should be strengthened. Key words：Three Gorges Reservoir Areas ；Brucellosis；Prevalenceharacteristics; surveillance 布鲁氏菌病为人畜共患疾病，其传播和流行受生产方式、环境和社会因素的影响极大。重庆为三峡大坝大型水利工程建设最大的淹没区，15个库区县大量的移民，致生产模式从农业向畜牧养殖等多种产业的转变以及流动人口的剧增，使得重庆市三峡库区从非流行区成为流行区的可能性增大。为此，2011-2012年在三峡库区的长寿、渝北区，开展人间布病的调查，以评估三峡库区布鲁氏菌病传播风险。 1、材料与方法 1.1　监测点的选择 渝北、长寿区位于三峡库区末端，交通、商业发达，畜牧饲养量较大，其养殖以规模化饲养为主。存在布病流行的各种潜在危险因素，符合《全国人间布鲁氏菌病监测方案》对监测点选择的要求。 1.2畜间疫情收集 疾控机构主动与畜牧部门取得联系，掌握畜间布病疫情动态和防制情况。 1.3监测内容与检测方法 1.3.1病例搜索 在
