So how to increase the promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly attaches great importance to by all over the world. In view of the development problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, the international financial crisis in 2008, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is influenced by international and domestic situation, exposed many problems, but bottlenecks restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is the phenomenon of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties. This paper first explains related concepts of small and medium-sized enterprise financing,then explain the financing of small and medium-sized enterprise in the status and problems of financing difficulties of small and medium-size enterprise in our country and studied one by one,and combined with some foreign countries for this problem is to do a comparative analysis,finally put forward the targeted empirical suggestions to solve the problem of our country small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties and countermeasures.
