This article expresses the representative views of the Theory of the Financial Center at home and abroad and review the process of the Trade of the Both Side of the Taiwan Strait as the research object to the Regional Financial Center of the Both Side of the Taiwan Strait. The text also analyzes the advantages of the construction of the Regional Financial Center of the Both Side of the Taiwan Strait combined with the national preferential policies under the new situation. The article also describes the situation and the grade of the Regional Financial Center of the Both Side of the Taiwan Strait, it also certificates the truth that economy and finance will mutual promote each other’s development.
