摘 要 21世纪初，中国正式进入老龄化社会，伴随着老龄化程度的进程加快，家庭结构的演变和传统思想观念的转变，我国城市空巢老人的数量呈明显增长趋势。空巢老人的养老问题已不仅是一个家庭问题，也是一个社会问题。如何提高空巢老人的生活水平和质量，保持其自身健康，丰富闲暇时间和精神状况，改善其家庭照料和生存环境，对落实老龄工作方针和“六个老有”的长期工作目标，全面实现建设小康社会目标具有重要意义。上海作为较早进入老龄化的国际大都市，城市空巢老人的生活状况问题更是社会各界热切关注并亟待解决的重要社会问题之一。本文采用定性的研究方法，主要以上海市浦东某社区的空巢老人为研究对象，在与空巢老人进行深入访谈的基础上，对社区中空巢老人的家庭生活情况进行较为全面的考察。并且针对城市空巢老人生活中所存在的问题，结合社区空巢老人的自身特点，提出相关建议和对策，以期进一步提高社区空巢老人的生活质量。 Abstract At the first beginning of the twenty-first century, China formally entered the aging society, along with the fast acceleration of aging process, the family structure is evolving, and the traditional ideals is also changing, the number of urban empty-nesters is obviously growth trend. Empty-nesters pension problem is not only a family problem, but also a social problem. How to improve the living standards and quality of empty-nesters, maintain how to keep his own healthy, abundant leisure time and mental condition, to improve the family care and living environment, to implement the old-age work guidelines and six old long-term work target, building a well-off society in an all-around way is of great significance. Shanghai is an international metropolis when entering the aging society, and living conditions of urban empty nester problems receive the earnest attention from different social sectors and it is one of the important social problems to be solved. In this paper,the approach to the study is qualitative research methods, mainly in the Shanghai Pudong empty-nesters in the community as the research object, on the basis of personal deep interview with empty nesters, make a comprehensive investigation about the empty nester family life. And aiming at the problems in urban empty-nesters life, combined with ones own characteristics of empty nest elderly community, puts forward relevant suggestions and counterplans, in order to further improve the quality of life of the empty nest elderly communities.
