Especially along with the rapid development of Internet application, the simple telecommunications network services are replaced by multiple services. The Internet provides the public with good experience of integrated using of Internet voice, data and video fusion services. The value of Internet is increasingly growing, and all kinds of activities including shopping, banking network, payment, online entertainment spending and so on, are booming. As a kind of multiple levels of security, identity management solutions have become a major task of information technology. But in todays information world, leading enterprises and organizations around the world have turned into network service mode, working through the Internet brought new problems: with mobile computing and remote access, plus more rapid growth of wireless networks, and the growing visiting of applicable program , the storing of information in the management faces the new challenges.
