PURPOSE Safety recognition procedure is targeted to promote CFC Program execution and encourage employees in contributing towards the improvement and maintaining of Good Occupational Health Safety standard during the course of BSP project. 目的 安全识别程序的目标是促进CFC计划更好的执行并且在BSP项目过程中激励员工改进和维护良好的职业健康安全标准。 SCOPE This procedure applies to all personnel visiting and working on BSP. 范围 这个程序适用于所有访问和工作在BSP项目的人员。 RESPONSIBILITY COMPANY and COOEC shall co-sponsor the introduction and implementation of the Safety Incentive Scheme. All assessment and nomination of awards recipient will be carried out jointly. COOEC will be responsible in promoting the safety scheme through the following platform; Daily Tool Box Briefing Individual Trade Supervisor work group briefing Safety Meeting 责任 公司和海油工程应当共同致力于安全激励计划的建立和实现。所有考核和任命将被共同实施。 海油工程有责任促进安全计划通过如下方式: 日常班前简报 个人主管工作组简报 安全会议 PROCEDURE Nomination will be recommended by the construction team and reviewed by COOEC PMT and COMPANY 程序 提名被施工团队推荐并且被海油工程PMT和公司审核。 Regular Award (for personal) Individual Safe Behavior Award Nomination will be made by COOEC and COMPANY and assessment will be based on the following: Individual Safe work practices Hazard/Near-misses identification/reporting Cooperation and assistance to co-worker The front line persons who set a shining example on safety. The front line persons who always engage in coordinating activities within our HSE management Final assessment will be carried out by COOEC and COMPANY HSE Personnel. Best COOEC Feedback Card Nomination will be made by COOEC and COMPANY and assessment will be based on the following: Best suggestion or improvements made towards safety Proactive in hazard identification and stopping the work and reporting using the CFC card.
