企业成本控制中存在的问题及对策 ——文献综述及研究思路 [内容摘要]成本控制是现代企业财务管理工作的重要内容，企业的成本控制和管理是企业实现现代化管理的的有效措施，企业的成本管理对企业提升核心竞争力有着十分重要的作用，是企业适应市场需要，实现快速发展的重要保障。但目前我国现代企业管理制度在企业中的运行得不到有效的保障，并且企业成本控制管理体系过程不完善和不健全，导致企业成本控制工作还存在着不少的弊端，使得企业生产经营效益难以得到有效的发挥，影响了企业的进一步发展，致使企业的成本控制和管理应建立切实有效的企业成本的管理和控制措施，本文通过对企业的成本控制情况进行分析，指出了企业在成本控制中存在的问题，如管理制度不健全、方法落后等，并提出了相应的对策，如树立整体的管理观念、选择适合自身的控制方法等等，以帮助企业解决其成本控制中的问题。 [关键词]：企业；成本控制 ； 问题 ； 对策分析 Cost control is an important content of financial management of modern enterprises, enterprise cost control and management are effective measures for enterprise to realize the modernization of management, the cost management of enterprise plays an important role in enhancing core competitiveness of enterprises, is the enterprise to meet the needs of the market, an important guarantee for the rapid development of the.
