摘要随着我国民航运输的高速增长，一方面，年旅客运输量不断创造新高，空中交通流量显著增加，原有的空中交通管制系统已经不能满足日益增长的交通流量的需求。由此导致的航班延误已成各大机场离港调度中普遍存在的问题。另一方面，在众多造成航班延误的原因中航空公司的原因所占的比例最大，所以为了能够高效率的解决航班延误问题，我们必须从最主要的原因入手，来解决航班延迟这一问题。航空公司是航班运营最直接的负责人，对于航班公司来说，航班调度是其运营整个公司最主要的环节，同时也是最易产生航班延误的环节，而对于航班调度的优化可以减少航班延误的现象。因此本文基于航班时刻表对航班调度进行多目标优化。通过实现调度过程中总成本最小、总航班调整架次最小以及总航班延误架次最小这三个目标来优化航班调度。同时在本文的最后一章，笔者通过多目标模型提高航班时刻表的稳定性和灵活性，从而在前面优化的基础上进一步优化航班调度【关键词】空中交通航班延误航空时刻表优化多目标模型ABSTRACTWith the rapid growth of Chinas civil aviation transportation, on the one hand, the annual passenger traffic continue to create new high, air traffic flowisa significant increase intheexistingair traffic control System cannot meettheneedsofthe growingtraffic flow. On the other hand, the airline is the largest proportion of the reasons among the many causes of flight delays.So in order to be able to solve the problem of flight delays efficiently, the main reason we must start to address flight delays problem.Airlines is the most directperson in charge of flight operations , for the flight company, flight scheduling is its most important aspects of operation of the entire company, but also the most prone to flight delays link, and for the optimization of flight scheduling can reduce flight delays phenomenon.Thusthis article that based on the flight schedule conduct the multi-objective optimization for flight scheduling. By implementing the three goals to optimize flight scheduling of scheduling process,Include: the total cost of the minimum, the minimum total flight movements and adjust the total flight delays sorties minimum.
