PCB Definition Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) is defined by Schedule 1 (toxic substances) in the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999; as any chlorobiphenyls that have the molecular formula C12H(10-n)Cln in which n is greater than 2.
