我国成为遭受反倾销最大受害国的原因分析 学生姓名： 李卫靓 学生学号： 0815130403 院（系）： 商贸学院经济系 年级专业： 2008级国际经济与贸易 指导教师： 廖良美 教授 二〇一二年六月 摘 要 中国改革开放以来，经济不断发展，也不断解除闭关锁国的思想，与世界各国保持密切的联系和经济往来。在中国加入wto以后，经济发展更加迅速，中国的经济地位也大幅提高，可随之而来的问题也愈加尖锐。由于“世界工厂”的贸易地位，中国始终经历着频繁的反倾销调查，国内诸多行业为此经受损失，可以说，中国是wto反倾销制度的最大受害者。 对此，我们应该全面分析这一现象带来的结果和造成这一现象的原因，充分利用国内政策改变这一局面，加强产业结构转变，根据我国现阶段的特征，提出针对性的解决方针和政策，让受损害的产业得以较快康复和进行产业结构调整，遏制国外对我国滥用反倾销措施和歧视性待遇。 分析我国成为反倾销最大受害国的原因，可以让我们更好的找出适当对策，努力维护自己的权利，将损失降至最低，巩固中国在世界的经济地位。 关键词：反倾销受害国；产业结构；产业结构调整 Abstract Since Chinas reform and opening up, economic development, also continue to lift itself thought, with countries around the world to maintain close ties and economic exchanges. After China joined the WTO, the more rapid economic development, China s economic status is also greatly improved, but the attendant problems are more and more sharp. As the world factory trade status, China has been experiencing frequent anti-dumping investigations, many domestic industries to suffer loss, can say, China is the biggest victim of WTO anti-dumping system. To this, we should be comprehensive analysis of this phenomenon brings the result and the reason for this phenomenon, make full use of domestic policies to change this situation, strengthening the transformation of industrial structure, according to our present feature, put forward to solve the guiding principle and policy, make damage to the industry is able to recover and industrial structural adjustment, curb overseas to our abuse of anti-dumping measures and discriminatory treatment. Analysis of China has become the biggest victim of anti-dumping reason, so that we can better identify appropriate countermeasures, to safeguard their rights, the loss to a minimum, to consolidate Chinas economic status in the world.
