The use of these products marks the level of peoples lives, but the waste generated in the production process back to pollute the environment and endanger human health. For this reason, many scholars of daily chemical wastewater treatment and the use of technology in-depth research. The design of the water has a high concentration of organic matter and LAS, we mainly based on the characteristics of household chemical waste water and effluent quality requirements, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several treatment processes, choose the process of flocculation reaction, anaerobic and biological contact oxidation pond combined together, the process is simple, and the quality of the treated wastewater can meet the discharge requirements, also saves floor space and money. The main structures include the grille, regulation pool, grit chamber, flocculation tank, anaerobic tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and concentrated pools etc. Key words：household chemicals；wastewater treat
