重庆大学本科学生毕业设计（论文） 机械学院教学楼的设计 学 生：唐建军 学 号指导教师：周伟 专 业：机械设计制造及其自动化 重庆大学机械工程学院 二OOX年六月  Graduation Design(Thesis) of Chongqing University Design of XXX Teaching Building Undergraduate: Tang Janjun Supervisor: Prof. Zhou Wei Major: XXX XXXXXXXX Chongqing University June 200X   摘 要 随行夹具主要的作用是在自动生产线、加工中心、柔性制造系统、自动装配线等自动化生产中，对外形不太规则、不便于自动定位、夹紧和运送的工件进行装夹。工件在随行夹具上安装定位后，随行夹具由运送装置运送到各个工位上。本次设计要求，在主减速器装配过程中，主减壳一次安装定位，而其他零件在安装过程中，只需将夹具移动或旋转即可。针对装配工序设计一套随行夹具，不仅能提高装配效率，而且能提高装配精度。对于主减速器的定位，可以采用一面两销实现。至于随行夹具的移动，只要夹具底座能在装配线上滑动即可，容易实现。而转动的实现，为了使整个夹具简单而实用，可以利用一转轴和一弹簧拉销实现。使之在拉动弹簧拉销时，主减速器外壳和夹具由于重力作用一起绕转轴转动。各零部件的设计计算完成后，进行校核通过。 关键词：主减速器 装配 生产线 随行夹具 转动 ABSTRACT Following fixtures are primarily used in the automatic production line, the processing center, the flexible manufacturing system, automatic assembly line because of the irregular shape of spares,the inconveniont automatic positioning.It also can be used for fastening and transport workpieces.When the workpiece has been located at the following fixtures,the delivery device will transport following fixtures to every station.In the assembly process of automobile final drive,the automobile final drive housing should be located once while in the assembly process of other spares,we only need to turn or move the following fixtures.According to the assembly process to design a following fixture,it not only can impruve the assembly efficiency,but also can improve the precision of assembly.we can use a flat surface and two pins to make the final drive housing at one place precisely.It is very easy to make the following fixtures to move when fixture base is transported on the production line. As for the realization of rotation, in order to make the following fixture more simple and practical,this can be realized by a flat surface and two pins.Under this condition ,when we pull the Springs pulling pin,the final drive housing and the following fixtures will r
