节能型三轮汽车行驶系统的设计与制作(论文) 摘要：随着近些年来人们生活水平的提高，能源节约、环境保护问题已经渐渐受到人们越来越多的关注。世界石油储备量的急剧减少及原油价格的不断上涨预示了节能是当代汽车发展的必然趋势。论文以2010年中国本田节能竞技大赛为设计背景，设计研发节能竞技车的行 ... p摘要：随着近些年来人们生活水平的提高，能源节约、环境保护问题已经渐渐受到人们越来越多的关注。世界石油储备量的急剧减少及原油价格的不断上涨预示了节能是当代汽车发展的必然趋势。论文以2010年中国本田节能竞技大赛为设计背景，设计研发节能竞技车的行驶系统。该行驶系统的设计主要包括车架和车轮的设计。整个设计过程在满足竞赛要求的基础上，以选择合适的行驶系统结构和材料从而降低整车整备质量，减小整车阻力为主要指导思想，对节能竞技车的行驶系统进行了合理的方案选定和参数匹配。利用了Pro-E和AutoCAD设计软件对所设计行驶系统进行了整体设计和三维数字化建模。然后利用ANSYS软件对所设计车架进行有限元静力分析、模态分析及其谐响应分析，确定车架结构的合理性以及车架制作材料。本文对节能赛车车架的有限元分析方法和过程适合于各类车架的设计和分析。br / 关键词：节能；行驶系统；车架；建模；有限元分析br / br / The Design and Production of Three Motor Cars and Energy-saving Running Gear Systembr / Student Majoring in Machine Design amp; Manufacturing and Their Automationbr / Abstract： With the continuous development of the living standards of people,energy conservation and environmental protection has been gradually got more and more peoples attention.The sharp decline of the worlds oil reserves amount and the continue rising of crude oil prices indicates that energy saving is the necessary trends of the present vehicle development.
