XX工业大学 毕业设计说明书 作 者： 学 号： 系： 给水排水工程 专 业： 给排水 题 目： 某日用化工废水处理工艺设计 指导者： 讲师 (姓 名） (专业技术职务） 评阅者： (姓 名） (专业技术职务） 201 年 月 日 中文摘要 某日用化工废水处理工艺设计 摘要：日用化工品业，简称日用化工，通常是指生产与人民生活关系非常密切的化学品的工业，其产品主要有洗涤用品、牙膏、化妆品等。这些产品的使用情况标志着人民生活的水平，但是在生产过程中产生的废水回造成环境的污染，危害人类的身体健康。为此，很多学者对日用化工废水处理和利用技术进行了深入的研究。 本设计的污水具有较高浓度的有机物和LAS，主要根据日用化工废水的这一特点以及出水水质的要求对其进行了处理，在对比几种处理工艺的优缺点之后，选择的工艺主要是絮凝反应、厌氧反应与生物接触氧化池相结合，采用这种工艺，处理流程简单，而且处理后的污水满足排放要求，还节省了占地面积和资金。主要构筑物包括格栅、调节池、沉砂池、絮凝池、厌氧池、生物接触氧化池、二沉池、消毒池、浓缩池等。 关键词：日用化工；废水处理；絮凝；生物接触氧化 外文摘要 Deign on the wastewater treatment from household chemical plant Abstract：Household chemicals industry usually refers to the industrial chemicals production closed with people living. its main products are detergents, toothpaste and cosmetics. The use of these products marks the level of peoples lives, but the waste generated in the production process back to pollute the environment and endanger human health. For this reason, many scholars of daily chemical wastewater treatment and the use of technology in-depth research. The design of the water has a high concentration of organic matter and LAS, we mainly based on the characteristics of household chemical waste water and effluent quality requirements, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several treatment processes, choose the process of flocculation reaction, anaerobic and biological contact oxidation pond combined together, the process is simple, and the quality of the treated wastewater can meet the discharge requirements, also saves floor space and money. The main structures include the grille, regulation pool, grit chamber, flocculation tank, anaerobic tank, biological contact oxidation tank, secondary sedimentation tank, disinfection tank, and concentrated pools etc. Key words：household chemicals；wastewater treatm
