Marketing Strategy of “Read Boy” in LiuZhou
Ⅰ、Mission Statement
I have been a teacher of the summer camp in 2007 which was organized by “Read Boy” in LiuZhou . And have been worked for it , making promotion in WuXing Commercial Building on sepember, 2008. I know some of its products and the promotion ways. So, I will intrduce the “ReadBoy” company and do some analysis on its Marketing Strategies in LiuZhou in my paper.
The company’s mission is to be the most cost effective designer and manufacturer of innovative, high quality consumer electronics learning products and to distribute them to markets worldwide in the most efficient manner.
Ⅱ、Situation Analysis
a. Internal environment anaysis
-----An introduction of the company’s background and its products
ZhongShan Read Boy Electronics Co. Ltd was founded in 1999. it is one of the China’s largest manufacturer of electronic learning products. And it’s the world’s leading supplier of electronic learning products. It also provides highly sought-after contract manufacturing services.
Readboy provides seven major series electronic learning products, including early learning system, electronic book, electronic building block, popular science products, children notebook, reading machine and student’s palmtop for 0-20 years people. Different ages, special products, especially for 0-5 years Infant Kindergarten, 4-15 years Preschool Grade School students, 13-20 years Middle High Sclool students. All kinds of these products can raise students’ interested in study and also make the study more efficient.
