In the information age， information technology is the most basic and most common means of technologies. In every area of human social life， every aspect is bound to apply the information technology widely， and information technology has greatly promoted the economic development and the improvement of production efficiency. From the current situation， the use of information technology to stimulate the development of enterprises has become a universally accepted concept of global enterprises.
