Design and implementation of scientific research management system based on JavaEE 　　Abstract. Combining with the practice of developing the management system of scientific research achievements in Higher Education， this article first introduces JavaEE lightweight development framework such as the Struts2， Spring and Hibernate， and then analyzes the overall design of the structure of the scientific research achievements management system. This article also tells the key technology and application of the lightweight JavaEE framework to realize WEB in the MVC model， verifies the feasibility of the framework， and improves the quality and maintainability of the software， so as to develop a safe scientific research management system of high quality and easy expansion. 　　Key words： scientific research management system； Struts； Spring； Hibernate 　　1. Introduction 　　With the continuous expansion of the scale of colleges and universities and the development of science and technology， university research activities and the scientific research ability have become an important indicator of the overall strength of colleges and universities， which leads to the research work of universities and scientific research management tasks. The part of scientific research management in universities largely depends on manual work， namely to handle large amounts of data through the Word， Excel and other office software or simple data acquisition system.
