The Gain and Loss of Innovative Educational Practice in Vocational Colleges
Abstract. Building an innovative country is the strategic task of Chinas development in the new century. Vocational colleges are undertaking the task for society to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel in production, construction, management and services. Innovative qualities of vocational graduates will directly affect the overall quality of the skilled workers and companies’ independent innovation capability. Therefore, we must re-examine the necessity and importance of vocational innovative education, and bring it into the entire process of personnel training. We must carry out a comprehensive innovation education through theoretical classroom, practice teaching, campus cultural activities and various skills competitions, so as to develop their strong innovation quality along with highly skills.

Introductions
Innovative educational practice has bias in value orientation. After its proposal, it advances under the guidance of essentialist thinking. Innovative education connotation and understanding of the image, status, and needs of the people stay in the off-the-shelf presence, which makes one or some of the properties of the human represent many other properties as human nature, and regards humans as some sort of pre-formed or ready-invariant object. It shapes and measures people with a fixed and static framework, so as to pursue uniform norms and order. Under the statute of Nature of the first set, all accomplished, people trying to design a complete set of precise, controlled and verifiable innovative education practice mode. The subject of education in this situation gradually loses the vitality of life and freedom. Human education is transformed into object education.
