Practical Research on the Teaching System of the Sports Dance in Colleges
Abstract. With the use of the methods of literature, questionnaire, experiment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper studies the goal, content, pattern of ordinary universities sports dance curriculum on the basis of physiology, psychology, anatomy and modern educational theory. After 72 class hours teaching practice, the paper put forward that the sports dance teaching must pay attention to the practice of body feeling , to motivate the students interest on sports dance, to focus on improving the students thinking learning ability. The paper tries to provide a theoretical basis to improve the teaching system and teaching quality of the sports dance course in colleges.

1 Introduction
With the university sports teaching reform and development, in order to health education as the core, promote physical and mental health of students, to cultivate students the habit of lifelong sports for the purpose of physical education new ideas emerge as the times require. Sports dance as a melting sports, dance, art, music and other cultural features in one sport, with physical fitness, edify sentiment, friendship and other functions, the favorite by college students, has become one of the important contents of College Physical Education teaching. But the present situation, the ordinary universities sports dance teaching is not a complete system, teaching content, teachers at the disorder, the lack of professional learning and training, outdated teaching methods, boring, lead the students on sports dance teaching lack of interest and enthusiasm for learning, the teaching effect is bad.
