毕业设计（论文）说明书 课题名称：某小区会所招标文件、招标控制价编制设计  摘 要 本次毕业设计我以虚拟业主身份编制招标文件及招标控制价，并制定详细的评标办法及程序来进行模拟招标。该工程为中国某市建筑设计研究院设计的某小区会所。该工程是四层框架结构，地上三层，地下一层，高11.00m，建筑面积4566.74㎡。 本招标工程项目按照《中华人民共和国招标投标法》等有关法律、法规和规章，通过公开招标方式择优选定承包人。招标文件对招投标过程中的具体工作流程与注意事项进行详细阐述，主要内容包括：投标须知、合同条款、技术标准和要求、图纸、评标和定标办法、工程量清单以及必要附件。本工程的工程量清单及招标控制价严格按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》(GB50500-2008)、广西实施细则、广西建筑装饰工程消耗量定额(2005年)进行编制。 关键词： 招标文件 工程量清单 招标控制价  Abstract In this design, I prepare the bidding documents and tender control price,formulate detailed evaluation method and program to simulate the tender as a virtual owner. This project is a club designed by A city construction design and research institute. The club is four story frame structure , three layers on the ground, one floor underground, 11.00 m high, with a construction area of 4566.74 ㎡. This owner ot the tender project preferred the contractor selected by public call for bids, in accordance with the The Tendering and Bidding Law of the Peoples Republic of China, regulations and rules. The bidding documents elaborate?specific work process and the matters needing attention in the bidding process. The main contents include: tender documents instructions, contract terms, technical standards and requirements, drawings, evaluation and selection method, the bill of quantities and the necessary accessories. The Bill of quantities and tender control price is strictly prepared according to the Code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works (GB50500-2008) , detailed rules for the implementation in Guangxi, Guangxi building decoration engineering consumption quota (2005).
