摘 要 在这样的背景下，中国的出口业遭受了重大打击，损失惨重，给中国经济的良性发展蒙上了一层阴影。因此，为了理性的处理好中国与国际方面的反倾销摩擦，有必要对反倾销的现状进行探析，究其原因，尽快制定具体的应对策略。本文通过分阶段将我国目前遭受反倾销的现状作出分析，来探讨我国遭受反倾销指控的国际因素和国内因素,进而有针对性地提出相应完善的反倾销应对对策。 关键词：对华反倾销；贸易摩擦；贸易保护主义；应对策略 ABSTRACT As one of the three ways to boycott the unfair competition that World Trade Organization allows , Anti-dumping is the most frequently used and most effective one in the trade remedies .
