摘要 当前物料筛选系统存在着筛选对象单一、筛选的标准不能满足筛选出优质的物料的条件、自动化程度不高等方面的缺点，使得筛选的物料品质较差。 针对以上问题，本课题设计的物料气动筛选技术根据物料的标准质量来进行物料筛选可以实现筛选出优质物料，所筛选的对象可以针对于多种物料，并且使筛选技术的自动化程度提高，减轻工人的劳动强度，提升物料品质，增加农作物的产量。 本应用研究课题重点在于设计物料气动筛选系统的设计。由于相关物料气动筛选系统的研究课题较少，资料短缺，国内外相关物料气动筛选系统的设计也比较少，故本应用研究有一定的难度，在设计的过程中，本应用研究课题主要针对气动技术方面的设计及其应用。 首先，优选出气动筛选系统，好的筛选系统才可以筛选出优质的物料，培育出优质的种苗；其次设计出气动筛选方案；第三步对干燥系统进行设计，主要针对干燥系统中干燥装置的设计；第四步对输送装置进行设计，主要针对输送的时间以及输送的结构的设计；第五步对控制系统的设计，针对输送速度的控制、干燥温度的控制、气压的稳定控制。 关键词：物料 干燥 气动技术 筛选系统 结构设计 The design of material pneumatic screening system Abstract The?material?screening?system?have?some?drawbacks:?there?is?only?single?object?for?selection,?the selection standard cannot meet the requirements to select high-quality materials, the automaticity is not high,as a result,the quality of the materials selected is poorer. Firstly, it’s about pneumatic material selecting system. The high-quality materials can be filtered by a good selecting system, which contributes to cultivating qualified seeding to improve the profits.
