重庆市典型公共建筑用能特征及构成分析? 重庆大学 贾遵锋 李百战 丁勇 谭颖 张宇 摘要：根据重庆市2007-2009年开展的国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗统计与能源审计工作，分析总结重庆市典型公共建筑的用能特征及构成。结果表明目前重庆市各类公共建筑电耗密度相差较大、同类型建筑用能水平差异显著，具有较大的节能分析空间；其次，重庆市典型公共建筑的能耗主要集中于空调能耗和照明能耗，对于以办公为主的办公建筑，办公设备能耗占据较大比重，因此，这三项能耗值将是后期动态能耗监测平台建设工作中的监测重点和分析重点。通过归纳总结，基本摸清了重庆市典型公共建筑用能特征及构成，初步形成重庆市典型公共建筑能耗、能效数据库，为重庆市国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑动态能耗监测平台的构建奠定了基础。 关键词：公共建筑 能源审计 能耗统计 用能特征 Analysis on Energy Using Characteristics and Formation of Typical Public Building in By Jia Zunfeng, Li Baizhan, Ding Yong, Tan Ying and Zhang Yu Abstract: According to state office buildings and large public building energy audit and energy statistics from 2007 to 2009 in Chongqing Municipality, energy using characteristics and formation is summarized. The results reveal that there is a large space for energy saving of building in Chongqing, because various types of public buildings have a large difference in energy density and the difference in energy consumption level of the same type building is significant. In addition, the air conditioning system, lighting system and office equipment should be the key point of monitoring and analysis in later building work of building energy consumption monitoring system, for the energy of the typical public building is mainly consumed by air conditioning system and lighting system, and the energy consumption of office equipment account for a large proportion in the office building. The energy using characteristics and formation of typical public building is ascertained by summarizing the result of office buildings and large public building energy audit and energy statistics, and basic database on energy consumption and energy efficiency of typical public building in Chongqing which lays the foundation for the building of dynamic energy consumption monitoring platform of state office building and large public building is initially built.
