长沙理工大学硕士论文 题 目：对Reliasoft及Weiball++的了解 作 者： 侯海彬 指导老师： 蒋仁言教授 专 业： 交通运输工程 时 间： 二〇一六年九月摘 要随着航空、航天、船舶、核工业、电子、机械、汽车、通讯、铁路、石油、石化、电力、钢铁等行业的高速发展，可靠性已成为相关行业的产品质量、安全和生产保障等指标的重要参考依据。可靠性是指产品在规定的条件下，规定的时间内，完成规定功能的能力，狭义的“可靠性”是产品在使用期间没有发生故障的性质，从广义上讲，“可靠性”是指使用者对产品的满意程度或对企业的信赖程度。本文对已经成为可靠性分析领域的工业标准的可靠性软件产品Reliasoft及其寿命数据分析软件Weibull++进行了一定的了解。通过对其相关内容及运用的学习，进一步加深对可靠性及国际质量控制的认识。关键词：可靠性； Reliasoft ；Weibull++ AbstractWith the rapid development of aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, nuclear industry, electronics,machinery, automobile, communication, railway, petroleum, petrochemical, electric power, iron and steel and other industries,reliability has become an important reference for the quality of products, safety and production security and other indicators of the relevant industry.Reliability refers to the ability of the product to complete the specified function within the prescribed time under specified conditions.Narrow sense of reliability is the property of products during using without the occurrence of failure.In a broad sense, reliability refers to the degree to which users are satisfied with the product or the degree of confidence in the enterprise.In this paper,we have learned about the reliability software product Reliasoft and its service life date analysis software Weibull++ which has become an industry standard in the field of reliability analysis.Through the learning of related content and the use , to further deepen the understanding of reliability and international quality control.Key words: reliability ； Reliasoft ； Weibull++ 引言对于学习“汽车可靠性工程”来说，广泛摄取可靠性的相关知识及熟悉软件运用是非常有必要的。国际专业可靠性工程服务企业Reliasoft公司所开发的Reliasoft可靠性软件产品及寿命数据分析软件(Weibull分析) Weibull++在实际生产中运用十分广泛，这些软件产品由于结合了先进的可靠性工程理论和分析方法，且操作简便，受到使用者的广泛好评，也是需要我们重点了解的对象之一。本文利用在网上搜集可靠性的概念、发展趋势和两个软件的相关使用方式及用途进行了整理和归纳，方便读者对可靠性的概念有基本的了解。2. 可靠性相关概念及发展趋势2.1 可靠性的概念 可靠性是指产品在规定的条件下，规定的时间内，完成规定功能的能力。这里的产品可以泛指任何系统、设备和元器件。产品可靠性定义的要素是三个“规定”：“规定条件”、“规定时间”和“规定功能”。 “规定条件”包括使用时的环境条件和工作条件；例如同一型号的汽车在高速公路和在崎岖的山路上行驶，其可靠性的表现就不大一样，要谈论
