利用高铝粉煤灰合成堇青石陶瓷材料的制备研究 专业:材料科学与工程 学生:张政 指导老师:马立建 摘要 利用高铝粉煤灰(Al2O337.22%、SiO246%)为主要原料制备堇青石,添加适量的镁砂(MgO98.2%),以及少量的硅微粉(SiO2 96%),按照堇青石的理论配方(MgO 13.8%,Al2O3 34.9% ,SiO2 51.3%)进行配比。试样通过压力成型机进行压制成型,成型压力为120MPa。烧结试样分别在1150℃,1200℃,1250℃,1270℃,1290℃,1310℃六个温度下进行。烧结试样通过对烧结试样的力学性能、热学性能和微观结构的分析,确定制备堇青石的最佳烧结工艺。实验结果表明:以粉煤灰、硅微粉和工业烧结镁砂为原材料,通过对烧结体进行X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析,发现成功合成了堇青石陶瓷材料。烧结体中主要以β-堇青石和α-堇青石相存在,还有少量的镁铝尖晶石,蓝晶石,铁堇青石,印度石等矿物相生成。.抗压强度,体积收缩率,体积密度,随温度的升高而增大;气孔率,吸水率则随温度的升高而降低;线膨胀系数先随温度升高而降低,当烧结温度达到1200℃时,线膨胀系数略有提升。 关键词:堇青石,微观结构,陶瓷材料,热膨胀系数 Abstract Use high-alumina fly ash(Al2O3 37.22%、SiO2 46%)as the main raw material preparation of cordierite, add appropriate amount of magnesite (MgO 98.2%), as well as a small amount of Silicon Powder (SiO2 96%) In accordance with the theoretical formulation of cordierite (MgO 13.8%, Al2O3 34.9%, SiO2 51.3%) to the ratio,.Sample through pressure molding machine pressing, molding pressure 120MPa.
