Ｅｐｌｅｙ法治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的临床疗效观察 摘 要 目的：探讨后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的诊治方法。方法：对诊断为后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕的患者采用Epley 耳石复位法进行治疗，观察并分析疗效。结果：治疗有效率达97% 。结论：Epley 耳石复位法治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕安全有效。 　　关键词 良性阵发性位置性眩晕；后半规管；Epley 耳石复位法 　　 　　Abstract Objective ：To discuss the diagnosis and therapy of pc-benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (PC-BPPV) .Method： In the diagnosis of pc-BPPV patients using Epley respositioning procedure of treatment, observation and analysis of effects. Results：The effective rate was 97 percent. Conclusion：Epley respositioning procedure are safe and effective t
