Thus the need for the project itself before the start of the characteristics and site specific conditions, in accordance with the requirements of the project, the construction of the required labor, construction materials, construction equipment and construction of temporary facilities, through scientific computing, and carefully checked in order to prepare a more reasonable construction design documents.
