补肾益精颗粒提取工艺的研究 【摘要】 目的优化补肾益精颗粒的提取制备工艺。方法以淫羊藿苷的含量为指标，通过渗漉实验和正交设计回流实验筛选最佳提取条件。结果渗漉提取的最佳工艺为用70 %乙醇作溶剂，浸渍48 h后，以1～3 ml/min的速度缓缓渗漉。正交设计实验最佳回流工艺为：用8倍量50 %乙醇，提取1次3 h。结论正交设计回流实验优选得到的淫羊藿乙醇回流法的提取工艺条件稳定可行。 【关键词】 补肾益精颗粒 淫羊藿苷 渗漉法 正交实验 　　Optimization of Extracting Process for Bushenyijing Granules by Orthogonal Test 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo optimize the extracting process for Bushenyijing Granules.
