茶薪菇总氮含量的测定研究 作者：严志强 熊耀康 吴巧凤 【摘要】 ［目的］测定茶薪菇中总氮的含量及比较凯氏定氮法与分光光度法在茶薪菇总氮含量测定的优越。［方法］采用凯氏定氮法与分光光度法。［结果］两种方法测得茶薪菇总氮含量基本相同，为30.70mg/g。两种方法无显著性差异（Pgt;0.1）。［结论］分光光度法法具有操作简便，快速，准确等优点，可以用于测定总氮的含量。 【关键词】 茶薪菇；总氮；凯氏定氮法；分光光度法；含量测定 　　Abstract：［Objective］To measure the nitrogen content in Agrocybe cylindracea R.Maire，compare the advantages of Kais Nitrogentesting method and Spectrophotometric method.［Method］Take Kais Nitrogentesting method and Spectrophotometric method.［Result］The two methods were almost the same in the measurement of nitrogen，i.e.30.70mg/g，
