End Cover……….…….60Nm 换档轴端盖螺栓Bolt, Gearshift Shaft End Cover……………………….25Nm 上盖螺栓Top Cover Bolts………………………………………………………….50Nm 变速器性能检测和调整Transmission Performance Check and Adjustment （1）检测项目Check Items ①依次挂每个档，检查各档是否轻便挂入，转动是否灵活。 Shift in each gear in sequence, and check the gear shifting flexibility and smoothness; ②检查在每个档上摇臂转动的游隙是否符合2-3mm（左右摆动）。 Check the rocker free play at each gear, make sure that the rocker’s free play shall be with 2-3mm (left and right); ③在台架上或装上车后运行各档，检查每个档运行是否有异响。 Check the performance of each gear with the transmission being mounted onto the vehicle or tested on the testing rig, and check them for any abnormal noises; ④在台架上或装上车后运行各档，检查是否掉档。 Check the performance of each gear with the transmission being mounted onto the vehicle or tested on the testing rig, check the gears to see if there is abnormal occurrence of gear walking out of mesh. （2）调整方法Adjustment ① 上盖调整游隙法：因上盖螺栓和螺孔之间有一定间隙，可微量左右移动上盖，这样就可使两相对档位的进档量得到调整。 Top Cover Free Play Adjustment: A gap is available between the top cover bolts and bolt holes, the top cover may be moved to left or right direction, so, the gear shifting may be adjusted by adjusting the top cover position; ② 杆系调整游隙法：可通过调整杆系上支承杆、球头、操纵杆系等调整各档的均匀度，从而保证合适的摇臂游隙。 Shift Lever Free Play Adjustment: The support rod, ball, control lever may be adjusted, so as to adjust each gear, thus ensuring the rocker’s free play. 第四部分：常见故障分析及排除措施 Part IV: Common Faults and Troubles
