银浆用有机载体的制备及性能研究 摘要 以PVB60为增稠剂，邻苯二甲酸二丁酯28wt%+柠檬酸三丁酯28wt%+松油醇16wt%+二甲苯28wt%为溶剂制备了良好印刷性能的浆料用载体。研究发现，浆料粘度为280Pa·s时，印刷性最好。邻苯二甲酸二丁酯：柠檬酸三丁酯：松油醇：二甲苯=28:28:16:28时制备的银浆用载体，烧结后浆料表面平整，内部致密。 关键字：有机载体 聚乙烯醇缩丁醛 银浆 太阳能电池 Properties research and preparation of organic vehicle for silver paste ABSTRACT The organic vehicle was prepared by PVB60 as thicker and solvent (28wt% dibutyl phthalate + 28wt% tributyl citrate + 16%terpineol + 28% xylene).
