浅析法治与德治 【摘要】法律与道德作为人类社会规范体系中最为重要的两大部分，具有不可分割的内在联系，是调控社会关系和人们行为的重要机制。在确立建设社会主义和谐社会的目标后，我国应当如何看待依法治国和以德治国之间的辩证关系对实现我国建设社会主义的宏伟目标关系重大。法治和德治相比应居于主要地位，德治作为重要的治国方式，对促进法治有着重要的作用。构建社会主义和谐社会，必须坚持依法治国与以德治国相结合。 【Abstract】 Law and morality as human society standard system of two parts, the most important is inseparable inner link, is regulation social relations and the peoples behavior important mechanism.
