汽车构造 汽车制动系统 学生姓名 黄蔚凯 学 号 院 系 工学院 机械系 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 指导教师 黄德中 完成日期 2013-4- 24  汽车的制动系统及其优化 摘 要 本论文主要对现代汽车刹车系统的设计原理、优缺点和发展方向进行了整理研究，鼓式刹车、盘式刹车以及对应的制动器类型一一归纳分析。从结构特征、功能演变方面着手，着重剖析应用于现代汽车的各类制动装置，分析其结构特点，力学性能等。然后应用专业知识，研究各种结构的受力情况，材料的性能特点，性价比等，并且由此得出各种功能的刹车系统在实际应用中的优缺点，推知其发展前景，进一步对刹车系统设计方面提出自己的见解。 论文素材信息量较大，所要表达的较多，但作为纸质文件很难面面俱到。本论文主要包括几个重点，结构衍变、力学原理、性能特点、发展空间。鉴于专业软件等知识方面的缺乏，图纸文字主要采用了阅读参考文献，联系专业知识的方法。所得结论基本符合实情。 关键词：刹车系统；力；防抱死；前景 Automobile brake system and optimization ABSTRACT This paper mainly researches the modern automobile brake design principle, the advantages and disadvantages of the system and the development direction of automobile. I have a analyze and inductive of the brake drum, multiplediscbrake and the corresponding. Starting from structure, function evolution, all kinds of braking device mainly analysis used in modern automobile, and analyzes its structure characteristics, mechanical properties. Then apply the professional knowledge, force of various structure, performance characteristics, material price. And find the advantages and disadvantages of brake system and the various functions in practical application. Finally, we deduce that the prospects for development further put forward my own views on the brake system design. The material has a large amount of information. I want to express more, but I can’t give mature consideration to all aspects of these questions as a paper document. This paper mainly includes several key evolutions, structure, mechanical principle, characteristics, and development space. In view of the lack of professional software knowledge, documents mainly adopt the method of reading references, contact a professional knowledge.
