 毕 业 论 文 中文题目：中国食品安全审计研究 英文题目：姓 名 教务处制 中国食品安全审计研究 摘要 国以民为本，民以食为天，食以安为先。食品安全是直接关系到全体公民身体健康甚至生命安全的重大问题。但是近年来频发的食品安全事件，从毒粉丝到“人造蜂蜜”，从三聚氰胺毒奶粉到“地沟油”，引发了一系列的经济社会危机和政府监管风险，侵蚀政府公信力和执政能力。随着事态的不断发展，越来越多的人对食品安全没有信心。《2011-2012中国饮食安全报告》显示，截止2012年，有九成民众关注食品安全事件，八成民众对食品没有安全感。由此可见，食品安全状况十分严峻，因此我国应加强食品安全审计工作，使得民众放心，社会稳定。本文将从食品安全的现状出发，分析食品安全问题出现的原因，并辅助以案例。探讨食品安全审计的步骤，过程和方法，将落脚点定在食品安全审计策略研究上，为解决我国在食品安全审计中存在的问题提供建议，达到强化国家对食品安全的审计，减少企业利用各种手段生产不合格食品对国家经济发展造成的损害，维护国家稳定和利益的目的。 关键词 食品 安全 审计 Study On China Food Safety Audit ABSTRACT Serving the country, food to safety first. Food safety is directly related to the health and lives of all citizens of the significant safety issues. But in recent years, frequent food safety incidents from Du fen silk to artificial honey from melamine tainted milk to waste oil, triggered a series of economic and social crisis and government regulatory risks, erosion government credibility and ability to govern. With the continuous development of the situation, more and more people have no confidence in food safety. 2011-2012 China Food Security Report shows that as of 2012, ninety percent of people concerned about food safety incidents, eight people food insecure. Thus, the food security situation is very serious, so China should strengthen the food safety audit, so the people at ease, and social stability. This article will present situation of food safety point of view, analyze the causes of food safety problems, and to assist with the case. Step discuss food safety audit process and methodology, the end result of a given policy on food safety audit studies, provide recommendations for solving food safety audit of the existing problems, to strengthen national food safety audits, to reduce the use of each enterprise these means for the production of substandard food damage caused to the countrys economic development, safeguard the interests of national stability and purpose.
