板型触头冷精锻成形技术及成型模拟分析 摘 要 本文主要讲述板型触头冷精锻模具设计及数值模拟。根据被加工板型触头零件的技术要求,通过对此零件进行工艺性、经济性等方面的分析,确定完成该零件的设计与制造需要以下基本工序,即:下料,冷锻,弯曲,校形。通过对可行性方案进行比较,选择该零件的加工工艺为:冷挤压成形,弯曲,校形。本设计首先根据经验法计算,确定设备分别为:630吨油压机。挤压工步为下料、冷挤压、整形。然后设计模具结构,确定模具尺寸、模具材料以及热处理方案。接着运用Deform-3D数值模拟软件对冷挤压过程进行模拟,对成形过程中的温度变化、应力与应变的分布、锻件损伤状态、坯料充型状态以及折叠情况进行分析研究,检验预设工艺的合理性,然后根据模拟的情况对模具的结构和参数修改后再进行模拟,直到模拟成功,并分析模拟成功后的数据,最终确定模具的结构与参数。 研究结果表明,应用冷精锻工艺数值模拟技术,可以更加充分地了解到锻造成形过程的本质,并最终获得优化的成形工艺和模具结构。由于整个数值模拟在计算机中进行,无需加工实际的模具和坯料,极大的缩短了模具结构设计和工艺优化的时间,使模具的生产效率得到非常大的提高,并且也使产品开发的成本得到了降低。 关键词:板型触头,冷挤压,模具,成形,数值模拟 The Technology of Cold Precision Forging for Platelike Contact and Its Process Simulation Analysis ABSTRACT This article focuses on the design of precision forging for platelike contact and process simulation analysis. According to the technical requirements of the processed platelike contact, economic analysis and manufacturability analysis, to complete the manufacture of the workpiece needs the following basic processes, namely: blanking, cold extruding, bending, and correction. Through the feasibility of the scheme comparison, select the parts processing technology for: cold extrusion forming, bending, and correction. According to the experience method, forging equipment can be chosen as follows: 630 tons of hydraulic press. Processes of cold extruding consist of baiting, cold extruding and rectify. And then we should design the mould structure, determine the mold size, die materials and heat treatment methods. Using numerical simulation software the Deform-3D to simulate the cold forging process. Based on the analysis of the variation in temperature, stress , the filling state of workpiece and strain state, damage distribution and folding condition of the cold forging process, we can figure it out whether the plan choose reasonably. According to the simulation results, we could change the structure and parameters of the mold. Then we could simulate it for more times until the simulation is successful. Next we s
