However, from the results, the effect of the financial early warning work carried out in the listed company is not ideal. Based on the representations by enterprise financial crisis and the causes are analyzed, the paper believes that the shortcomings of the financial early warning mechanism is the deep roots of Financial Crisis Warning difficult to effectively carry out the work.
