辅修专业本科毕业论文 芜湖地区农民工就业分析 THE ANALYSIS OF WORKERS’S EMPLOYMENT IN WUHU AREA 学院（部）： 机械工程学院 专业班级： 机设11-8班 辅修专业： 人力资源管理 学生姓名： 严正东 指导教师： 张成君 2015年 5 月 25 日 芜湖地区农民工就业分析 摘要 改革开放后，内地涌现出大量的农民工，他们为推动国民经济发展、缩小城乡差距、加快城市化进程等方面做出了巨大贡献，但因为其工作和身份的特殊性，导致其游离于城市生活的边缘，在生活质量、发展状况、权益保障等方面还无法得到提高和改善。本文首先就全国范围内阐述了论文的研究背景和研究现状，分析了我国目前农民工就业的现状及其问题。接着,以芜湖市为例,通过调查研究芜湖市农民工当前就业发展的现状,分析了其中存在的问题和产生这些问题的原因。然后从政府和企业的角度,提出了解决农民工就业的具体对策，与此同时，也从农民工自身的角度出发对农民工本人也提出要求，积极促进解决芜湖地区农民工发展的障碍。 关键词：芜湖地区，新生代农民工，就业现状，具体对策，转移就业 THE ANALYSIS OF WORKERS’S EMPLOYMENT IN WUHU AREA ABSTRACT After the reform and opening up, China emerged a large number of migrant workers, in order to promote the development of national economy, narrow the gap between urban and rural, they made an enormous contribution to speed up the urbanization process, etc, but because of the particularity of their work and identity, causes they still drift on the edge of the city life, and it can’t improve the quality of life, development status, rights safeguard aspects and so on . This paper is first to elaborate research background and research status in nationwide, analyzes the present situation and problems of migrant workers employment in our country at present. Then, taking wuhu as an example, through the investigation and study of wuhu the current employment status of development of the rural migrant workers, analyzes the problems and the cause of these problems. Then from the Angle of the government and enterprises, and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to solve the employment of rural migrant workers, at the same time, we also request migrant workers from the perspective of rural migrant workers themselves , actively solve the development of the rural migrant workers obstruction in wuhu area.
