毕业论文 （20_ _届） 浙江民营企业跨国经营的现状及对策 摘 要 浙江经济快速发展成了中国经济发展的一大亮点， 而民营企业快速发展又是浙江经济的一大特色，也是浙江体制和机制优势的集中体现。现阶段，面对经济全球化和国际国内市场竞争日趋激烈的发展大趋势，浙江民营企业逐渐放眼全球，走跨国经营发展之路。 本文通过对跨国经营和民营企业概念的了解，分析浙江民营企业跨国经营过程中存在的优势和劣势，其中优势包括产业集群优势，劳动力成本优势和市场适应能力优势，国内国外一条龙结构的专业市场优势，浙商精神和大批企业家的资源优势，产权清晰、机制灵活等。但是，存在的很多劣势，其中包括国际化经营人才缺乏，管理能力和开拓国际市场综合能力不足，跨国经营的形式较单一，经营融资困难、资本劣势明显，生命周期短等等，又通过阐述浙江民营企业跨国经营面临的企业自身和政府的困难，总结出切实可行合理的对策，主要包括稳步推进资本经营，加入全球供应链网络，走向跨国联盟，加强创新能力、提升科技含量，加快人才培养、重视人才管理，完善管理机制、树立服务意识，针对文化差异、实施企业文化战略等。 关键词：民营企业；跨国经营；对策Abstract Zhejiangs rapid economic development of Chinas economic development has become a major bright spot,as the rapid development of private enterprises is a major feature of the economy of Zhejiang,Zhejiang is also the advantage of system and mechanism embodiment.At this stage,facing to the global economic and increasingly competitive domestic and international market,private enterprises in Zhejiang gradually look at the world and take the cross-border business development. This passage is based on the concept of transnational business and private enterprise of the process of Private Enterprises in Zhejiang .There are advantages and disadvantages,which advantages include of industrial clusters,the labor cost advantage and market adaptability advantages,one-stop structure of the domestic and foreign professional marketadvantage of a large number of entrepreneurs in Zhejiang spirit and resources, clear property rights,mechanisms and flexible.However,there is a lot of disadvantages,including lack of international management talent,management skills and lack of comprehensive ability to develop the international market,than a single form of transnational business,business financing difficulties,the capital was inferior,short life cycle,etc.,and by describing ZhejiangPrivate Enterprises and governments face their own difficulties,summed up the practical and rational strategic response.Steady progress including capital management,join the global supply chain network,
