华北地区香菇市场的供求分析 -------以北京市场为例 张晓瑞 河北农业大学农学院，河北保定，071001 摘要：【目的】针对华北地区的香菇市场，探讨香菇的时序供应规律与经济特征，为香菇适宜生境选配与规模化生产和促进稳定有效的市场供应提供经济情景支持，为香菇栽培技术的发展和创新提供动力。【方法】本文以北京批发市场为代表，采集香菇2005～2008年的日均交易量、单价与交易额等资料，研究华北温带地区香菇的供求状况。【结果】北京香菇市场周年交易量存在明显的供应淡旺季，供应淡季主要分布于6月～8月，供应旺季主要分布于11月～4月；香菇价格比较稳定,没有显著的供应淡季差价优势；香菇的周年日均交易额波动较大。【结论】华北地区香菇的市场价格相对均衡，面对淡季的香菇生产，降低生产成本成为提高经济效应的有效途径。 关键词：香菇；季节差价；市场分析；华北地区 The analysis of supply and demand to North China mushroom market ---- To the Beijing market, for example Zhang Xiaorui College of Agronomy, Hebei Agricultural University, Hebei Baoding, 071001 Abstract: 【Objective】 against the mushrooms in North China market, the timing of the supply of mushrooms and the law and economic characteristics of suitable habitat for mushrooms matching and large-scale production and the promotion of a stable and efficient financial market supply scenario support for the development of mushroom cultivation technology and innovation to power. 【Methods】 In this paper, wholesale markets in Beijing as the representative, collecting mushrooms from 2005 to 2008 the average daily trading volume, unit prices and trading volume, etc. to study the temperate regions of North China mushroom supply and demand situation. 【Results】 Beijing mushrooms trading scheme there exists an obvious market, weeks supply of low and peak seasons, the supply of off-season mainly distributed in June ~ August, the supply season mainly distributed in November to 4 months; mushrooms and prices relatively stable, there is no significant difference advantage of the supply of off-season ; mushrooms annual average daily trading volume volatile. 【Conclusion】 mushroom market prices in North China is relatively balanced, in the face of the mushrooms off-season production, reduce production costs to become an effective way to improve the economic effect.
