Based on Development Planning in Industrial Zone of Weibei is become space structure of the three groups. Three groups: including Yanliang aviation group, Gaoling equipment industry group, Lintong modern industrial group. Through the analysis of industrial area of Weibei, including economic environment, geographical location, traffic situation and industrial layout, analysising its logistics development present situation and the insufficiency, analysising the demand of logistics layout about Industrial Zone of Weibei, According to the logistics layout objectives of the Weibei Industrial Zone, beganing scientific logistic layout, including the planning of transportation construction, logistics services, site selection of logistics center. The point of this paper is the comprehensive regional population, area GDP, total industrial output value, the social fixed assets investment, total retail sales of consumer goods, the city traffic conditions, the development of information technology and other factors of Gaoling, Yanliang and Lintong, planning a logistics center location in the North Industrial area by using the analytic hierarchy process.
