摘 要 本施工组织设计首先根据图纸资料明确商住楼的施工方案,其中主要包括土建工程、砌体工程、防水工程、钢筋工程、砼工程 、装饰工程、等各个分部分项工程，然后编制施工进度计划，进行流水施工并根据工程量和时间定额进行人工的安排，最后绘制出横道图、网络图。 该施工组织设计作为指导该工程的全局性文件，是对本工程制定各分项工程施工方案、工程质量的保证措施以及工期成本控制的依据，也是指导和开展紧凑而有秩序施工活动的技术依据。 通过该施工组织设计，我学习到了如何确定施工方案、计算工程量、编制施工进度计划以及对工期、质量目标、项目管理机构设置与劳动力组织、主要技术方案、安全、文明施工、环保、雨期施工等诸多因素做充分考虑！ [关键词]: 施工方案，进度计划，总平面布置图 Abstract The construction organization design according to the drawings clearly residential construction scheme which mainly includes basic engineering, engineering, masonry, roofing engineering, decoration engineering, concrete and reinforced concrete engineering etc. the branch sub-item project, then compiling the plan of construction progress, construction and water according to the engineering quantity and time quota for artificial arrangement, finally draw the Gantt chart, network diagram and general layout.
