摘要本设计为金泉铁矿选矿厂的初步设计，设计规模为20000吨/日。矿石中主要有用矿物为磁铁矿，主要脉石矿物为石英、白云石和方解石。矿石的平均品位为TFe 35%。设计中破碎采用三段一闭路流程，粗碎颚式破碎机最大给矿粒度1000mm，细筛圆振筛控制产品粒度为10mm。一段磨矿，螺旋分级，分级溢流产品中-0.074mm占65%。用一粗、一精、一扫，铁的回收率90%，铁精矿的品位65%。精矿采用磁力脱水槽浓缩、陶瓷过滤机过滤的方法脱水，铁精矿的水分含量为9%；尾矿经过浓缩后，进入尾矿库，部分工艺用水经过净化后回用。设计内容包括工艺流程计算、设备选型，并绘制了选矿厂厂房配置图、单机及配置图、工艺流程数质量流程图等。关键词： 磁铁矿； 磁选； 选矿工艺流程； 选矿厂； 初步设计AbstractThe Jonquilironoreconcentrator had been designed, which could deal with 20,000 tons magnetite per day. The?mainusefulmineralintheore was magnetite, and themaingangueminerals were quartz, dolomite and?calcite.?And the?averagegrade?of?magnetite was 35%.There was three-stage?processin?crushing, and at the last stage, closed circuit was used. Jaw crusher was used in coarse crushing, which was able tohandle?themaximumfeedsize?of?1000mm. Vibrating feeder which could control?the productparticle size of?10mm was used in the process of fine screen. Then one-stage closed circuit grinding and spiral classifier was selected,?and?the classification overflow?of the magnetite was 65%?in-0.074mm. In order to elect?the?magnetite concentrate,one-stageroughing、one-stageconcentration and one-stage scavenging were used. The recovery of magnetite was 90%, and the concentrate grade of magnetite was 65%. To concentrate magnetite, the magnetic dewater cone was selected, and the ceramic filter was used to dewatering. The water content of magnetite concentrate was 9%. The tailings?after?concentrated were placed in the tailing pond, and part of?process water was purified?and?recycled.The content of design included?process?calculations and equipment selection.
