基于商业伦理的食品生产企业价值重构研究 作者姓名：张 三 专业名称： 指导教师：李 四 讲师  摘要 随着我国经济的发展，食品生产企业价值重构的相关问题，也渐渐的受到了人们的重视。细致的说，近年来，食品安全问题越来越成为人们关注的焦点，人为的食品生产安全问题对人民群众的健康乃至生命造成了严重的影响。基于我国市场经济迅猛发展的现状，再加上激烈的市场竞争，导致出现了许多盲目追求经济利益、置企业社会责任于不顾的现象,尤其是食品安全事件屡屡频发,严重动摇了我国消费者的消费信心。在这种情况下,加强商业伦理与企业价值的关系研究、推动企业重视商业伦理建设成为重要的理论与实践课题。 据此，本文基于商业伦理，对我国食品生产企业价值重构的问题进行了细致的分析，除引言外，本文共分为四个部分。第一部分为就业失衡理论，其中包括本选题的背景及意义以及选题涉及的理论方法。第二部分为食品安全问题和现状，主要对近年来出现的各种食品安全事件以及食品生产企业存在的各种生产问题进行分析。第三部分主要分析食品安全事件屡次发生，治而不止的原因，最后，基于商业伦理的食品生产企业价值，对相关的重构策略研究，希望为我国食品生产企业的价值重构，提供一定的理论依据。 关键词：商业伦理 食品生产 价值重构  Abstract With the development of our national economy, issues related to food production and reconstruction of the value of the enterprise, but also gradually attention.
