当前幼儿教师职业道德问题初探 摘 要 幼儿教育是系统教育的基础，其地位的特殊性也决定了幼儿教师的重要作用。但当前，国内幼教职业道德严重滑坡，不仅缺乏事业心、爱心等职业规范，更频频发生“虐童”案等侵害幼儿权益的事件，加强幼师的职业道德建设刻不容缓。本文从分析当前国内幼师的职业道德缺失表现入手，系统探讨了导致幼师职业道德下滑的原因， 并基于师德建设的基本内容，提出了一系列加幼师职业道德建设的建议。 关键词：幼儿教师；职业道德；缺失；现状；对策 ABSTRACT The pre-school education is the elementary education system, its special status determines the important role of preschool teachers.
