基于双因素理论的IT企业员工激励体系的构建
摘要
随着改革开放的深入,我国的经济发展越来越迅速。近些年,经济结构变化日益明显,这就推动了经济发展的新力量IT企业的快速发展。
本文根据目前IT企业的发展现状,利用问卷调查的方法,以双因素理论为理论支持对IT企业的员工激励体系进行了剖析,并构建出了有针对性的新的激励体系。文章由五个部分组成,开始是绪论,介绍了研究背景和意义及方法然后展示了文章的结构框架;然后是相关文献综述;接着第三部分主要是对问卷调查的结果进行分析,并得出了企业目前存在的员工激励问题;第四部分主要是对第三部分问题设计了一套合理的激励体系,最后是文章的总结。

Abstract
With the deepening of the reform and opening up, the development of Chinas economic is more and more quickly. In recent years, our economic structure has changed, IT promotes the economic development of the new force of the rapid development of the IT companies.
According to the present situation of IT companies, through using the method of questionnaire survey, the two-factor theory as the theoretical support for the IT enterprise staff incentive system is analyzed, and build a targeted new incentive system. Article consists of five parts, starting with the introduction, introduces the research background and the significance and the method and shows the frame of the article And then the related literature review; Then the third part mainly analyzed the results of questionnaire survey, and it is concluded that the enterprise existing employees incentive problems; The fourth part is mainly for the third part of the problem to design a set of reasonable incentive system, and the last is the summary of the article.
